VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT IDEA: PLAYFUL EROTIC COLORING BOOKS

San Francisco, CA. – The hottest book trend just got hotter: sexy adult coloring books on Erotic-Coloring.com (ECB). Two ECB publications, “Wicked Sapphic Erotica” and “Sultry Indian Erotica,” were released Dec. 8, 2015, and sales skyrocketed on Amazon. Amazon reported that adult coloring books were among their top three best-selling books during the recent holiday season. Erotic Coloring Books also released “Sexy Art Deco,” “Art Deco Romance” and “Japanese Erotica” last week just in time 

for Valentine’s Day.

Artist Natalie Tate, inspired by the long traditions of erotica in Eastern and Western cultures, has created five books, each filled with 23 gorgeous and intricate illustrations. She draws from the sexiest masterpieces of erotic art: sexually charged fantasies by Art Deco master Georges Barbier; torrid scenes of women with women by turn-of-the-century artist Choisy Le Conin; and arousing works of Japan’s greatest shunga masters. Additional coloring books by Tate will be released by Erotic Coloring Books throughout 2016.

“The images are arousing, sometimes comic, and always elegant—there's a sophisticated quality to Natalies’s work,” says Robin Beachner, VP of BlueHill Publications. “Her erotic drawings are an elegant and sexy addition to this exploding market. Our goal is to take the adult coloring book craze and turn it on it's head.”

As adults are buying coloring books for themselves, the reports are that it seems to help combat stress. It can help individuals relax by entering a more creative and freer state.
